Your Order Cancellation Rights

• You are entitled to cancel your order before the shipping of your order takes place. After you receive a text saying “Your order has been shipped and is out for delivery”, you are not eligible to cancel your order.
• For any permitted cancellations, we will initiate a refund, if any, made by you under the relevant order within approximately 48-72 hours. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The timeline to raise a complaint depends on the categories user orders belong to: Consumable Perishables – meats, seafood, frozen food and FnV, dairy category including milk, eggs and bread, etc. (3 days); Consumable Non-perishables – groceries, etc. (7 days); General Merchandise – Electronics, home furnishings, fashion, etc. (15 days); Freebie missing issue (3 days); Entire wrong order (3 days); and Other issues – insect, fungus or foreign material, expired products, MDND, etc. (no TAT)
• The Goods which have the expiry date after the delivery of the order, once expired can’t be returned.
